(Q) How do I register?

(A) To register, click on the "Register" icon found near the top of the page or the "Register" link at the bottom of the page. |

How to Bid

(Q) How can I place a bid?
|
|
(A) To place a bid on an item, you must first log in to your account. Once logged in, a bidding box will be displayed at bottom of all auction pages. Enter your bid in this box. |

(Q) How can I keep track of items I'm bidding on?
|
|
(A) You can keep an eye on the items on which you are bidding by visiting the Members Area and selecting the 'Bidding' page.
If you win the auction, you can view the information on the 'Bidding' page, and 'Items I've Won' section. To the right of each auction listing will be the direct link to Paypal for that seller ( If they accept 'Paypal'). When you click on that link, you'll see the Paypal link right at the top of the auction item page.
You will also recieve an Email at the end of every successful auction which will give you all the information you need, including a contact Email address. To Pay by Paypal, go into the 'Members' area, click on 'Bidding' and go to the 'Items I Won' Click on each auction Paypal link on the right side of each auction you have won and look for the 'Paypal' automatic link to pay instantly. |

(Q) How do I know if I am outbid on an item?

(A) The auction system will automatically notify you via email if you are outbid. |

Selling

(Q) How do I become a seller?
|
|
You must become a Qualified Seller in order to list items. After you have registered, you must contact Ron Allesi via the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the page. |

(Q) How can I list an item?
|
|
(A) You must first be a Qualified Seller (see above). Once you have been approved, simply log in to your account and click on the "Sell" link. Then, follow the instructions on the "Help" page or by referring to the Selling User Manual sent to you by Ron.
Relisting Policy The International Magic Auction has established a policy for listing. After the inital listing of an item, that item can be relisted as many times as you wish! |

(Q) How can I keep track of items I'm selling?

(A) You can keep an eye on everything you are selling by visiting the Members Area and selecting the "Selling" page. |

(Q) Can I use HTML when listing an item?
|
|
(A) Yes, you can. However, we recomend you use basic tags, as complex HTML descriptions may not display correctly. |

(Q) Why is my account suspended?
|
|
(A) Accounts are suspended if the balance is past due or if the account balance limit (currently $300) set by the site administrator has been exceeded. If your account is suspended, you need to pay your invoice of the fees that are due. Until you pay, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to sell any items. |

E-Mails

(Q) When will I receive e-mails?
|
|
(A) You will receive e-mails at several different occasions on the site: *Registering. When you register, you will need to click the link in the e-mail that you receive. This helps us prevent fraudulent registrants. *Bidding. When you are outbid or when you win an auction, you will receive an e-mail. *Selling. When you are a Seller, you will receive e-mails to confirm the item you are selling, as well as when bids are placed on your item and when your item is sold. *Other times. You will also receive e-mails from Sellers if you ask a Seller a question. You may receive e-mails from the Site Administrator with important news or with your invoice. |

(Q) What if I don't receive e-mails?

(A) If you don't receive site e-mails, you may want to try one of the following: *Check your Spam folder. *Add 'ron@internationalmagicauction.com' to your address book. E-mails may take some time to be delivered to your inbox. Some e-mail providers may even block our e-mails for reasons unknown to us. Therefore, we encourage you to check the site as frequently as possible to make sure that you are seeing the most up-to-date information, especially at the end of an auction on which you are bidding. |
